Hi there,
I’m Eliora

As a private tutor, I'm passionate about helping students see the world in wonder through learning math and science. I've been teaching for over nine years and enjoy helping students increase their capacity for learning and joy in education.
Currently, I'm a senior at Dallas International University, where I'm studying part-time for my Bachelor of Arts in International Service with Minor in Linguistics. Through this program, I'll earn my Masters Certificate in Applied Linguistics, which will enable me to help people groups create written forms of their solely spoken languages. I'm also certified to teach English as a foreign language.
I'm currently located in North Carolina, where I moved in 2024 with my tiny home. When I'm not teaching or studying, I enjoy rock climbing, reading, and international travel. Fun fact: this photo is from meeting one of my math students in Egypt!
